| Pressure reducing valve is an extremely important component of brake system in locomotive. It can decrease and stabilize the air pressure. In brake system, this valve aerates the control sylinder and supplies the accurate pressure so as to make brake system drive the actuator braking or releasing. So the performances of pressure reducing valve direct impacts on the stability and reliability of brake system, thereby affecting security of the train. At present, brake system has designed and researched independently in China. With the rapid development of economic, the requirements which concerns China rail transport cecurity and reliability are increased.This thesis established a mathematic model according to the theoretic analysis on internal fluid motion and spool movement. Then, the overall scheme of test bench was designed and compositions and test items were determined. Hereafter, the design of hardware system was accomplished on the basis of characteristics test requirement. After that, this paper maked structure design and principle analysis about gas system, electrical system and computer measurement and control system, selected their components at last. Finally, all the hardwares were connected to be a test bench which had the integral measurement system.The software procedure of test bench was programmed by Visual Basic. This software has the friendly interactive interface. Test personnel can complete the whole experiment accord to the information. Driven by software, the automation level of experiment was improved. Furthermore, this software had functions of data storage, curve drawed, report printed, and so on. These functions greatly simplified the experimental operation and improved test efficiency.Ultimately, at the end of this paper, an actual test was performed to check the functional integrity of this test bench. The test results showed that the experiment met the requirement. The design of test bench achieved the desired purpose. |
