The rotary kiln is an important equipment of the industrial thermal production. In the large cement manufacturers, cement rotary kiln is a key equipment to determine cement production and energy consumption. The surface temperature of the cement rotary kiln is generally between200℃to400℃, About10%of total energy consumption of cement clinker burning heat directly into the atmosphere through the rotary kiln surface, causing a lot of waste heat. Therefore, the study of the rotary kiln surface heat recovery has important significance.Thermoelectric material is a direct conversion of heat and electricity of energy materials. Thermoelectric generation device has a simple structure, no noise, no pollution, small size, high reliability, etc. Power generation technologies based on thermoelectric materials is one of the ways of the most promising heat recovery technology.In this thesis, researched the theory and technology for economic based on the thermoelectric effect of the surface of cement rotary kiln waste heat recycling. Firstly, analysis and simulation software based on the ANSYS Workbench, thermodynamics and electrical coupling, the establishment of a cement kiln body finite element thermal analysis model, the cement kiln body temperature distribution in the finite element simulation, calculations show that the theoretical surface of the kiln temperature distribution is consistent with the actual situation; Secondly, the paper creative idea of the heat dissipation surface of the cement rotary kiln based on the thermoelectric effect recovery, the design of a rotary kiln surface heat recovery system, the establishment of a theoretical analysis model of thermoelectric recovery system, use the rotary kiln waste heat recovery system maximum output power and efficiency of the simulation results show that:thermoelectric power generation technology on the4000t/d cement rotary kiln waste heat recovery, the surface dissipation of heat into electricity output power up to164KW, the system generating capacity in1.5x106kWh, accounting for0.94%of the surface of heat dissipation, the analysis shows:the rotary kiln waste heat recycling system cost of about12.21yuan/ W, Finally, the analysis of different thermoelectric materials ZT value of the rotary kiln heat recovery system, indicating that the total output power and efficiency of the rotary kiln heat recovery system with the increase of thermoelectric materials ZT values significantly increased. Assessment of the economy based on the thermoelectric effect of the rotary kiln waste heat recycling system, and with the increase of the thermoelectric materials ZT value, the system of economic costs significantly reduced.This thesis shows that recycling to the surface of cement rotary kiln waste heat in the technical and economic feasibility based on the thermoelectric effect, this study has some theoretical use of thermoelectric technology in the cement rotary kiln waste heat recovery applications guidance.
