Cost Risk Control Research Of Large-scale Excavation Engineering

China is currently in the height of construction development. With the height of buildings growing higher and higher,the scale and size of the excavation engineering become bigger and bigger. However, a lot of uncertainties and risk exist in the course of the large-scale excavation engineering, which inevitably influence the cost and bring uncertainties to the project cost.The risks of project cost cause many issues,such as the excessive budget, irregular bidding market, malicious competition and even engineering accidents for reducing the construction cost.Therefore, the risk management system is urgently needed to be introduced into the large-scale excavation engineering project cost management. Based on the risk management theories of practical value,exploring the cost risk control measures of large-scale excavation engineering project has become an important actual issue.The contents of this paper can be divided into five parts.The first part is exordium,mainly introducing the background an significance of the topic selected,current research at home and abroad,main contents and measures. The second part introduces in detail components of cost risk of large-scale excavation engineering,providing theoretical basis for the next research,and explains the preparation process and the specific composition of the cost of large-scale excavation engineering.The third part mainly discuss the relevant theoretical knowledge and methods about the cost risk of large-scale excavation engineering.The fourth part describes the special risks of large-scale excavation engineering cost which are difficult to control.Corresponding countermeasures are put forward in the fifth part according to the analysis of cost risk of large-scale excavation engineering in second,third and fourth parts.The main research results:By combining with myself practical experience,consulting relevant experts in depth and using several risk identification methods,the main cost risks of large-scale excavation engineering in each phase are identified.The cost risks are divided into objective and subjective risks and have the characteristics of complex,dynamic,comprehensive and passive.The detailed reasons why the conventional measures of control can not effectively control the cost risks of large-scale excavation engineering are analyzed.According to the detiled characteristics of the cost risks of large-scale excavation engineering,based on the game theory and incentive theory, this paper puts forward pertinence cost control measures aiming at the main cost risk factors from the process design and quote method.
