| under the background of national aging,Tujia ancient town in Western Hunan has a faster aging speed and a more serious aging problem due to the large scale of old houses, poor living environment and the overflow of young labor force. In order to meet the diversified needs of the elderly, the folk houses in the ancient town have been unreasonably demolished and abandoned, which has damaged the original appearance, but many housing problems of the elderly continue to arise. Therefore,it is necessary to make a more systematic and targeted study on the aging suitability of Tujia ancient towns in Western Hunan.Taking the behavior patterns and actual needs of the elderly as the benchmark, this paper takes Liye ancient town,Furong ancient town, liexi ancient town and Xichehe ancient town, which are representative of Tujia Nationality in Western Hunan,as the survey and interview objects. With the help of post use evaluation technology and statistical related methods, this paper studies the problem and reason of low satisfaction with aging with the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods.Through the technical means of Pyrosim,Dialux and Ecotect, improve the indoor air quality and light environment, and improve the aging suitability of indoor space environment.Through the theory, principle and post improvement evaluation of aging suitability, this paper puts forward the optimization design strategy of residential use function. So as to make Tujia traditional folk houses adapt to the pension needs of modern society, make the elderly more willing to continue to live and protect the traditional folk houses with Tujia style.Firstly, through the observation of the basic characteristics and behavior of the elderly, the free interview and structural questionnaire on the current situation of residential fitness for the elderly, this paper expounds the differential needs of Tujia ancient town and urban elderly in Western Hunan.Secondly, through the field survey of 49 traditional three Bay dwellings and 24 store house dwellings, this paper discusses the basic characteristics of Tujia dwellings and the selection of four sample dwellings, and puts forward the leading part and preconditions of the evaluation system. This paper makes a partial supplement to the post use evaluation theory, and systematically discusses the problem of low satisfaction with the spatial environment and use function of folk houses in ancient towns from three angles: different elderly users, different ancient town dwellings and objective instrument measurement. In terms of space environment, the traditional optimization strategy is quantitatively verified by professional software simulation. At the same time,it puts forward a full set of aging transformation measures in terms of plane layout, facade form, roof structure and building details,so as to improve the aging of the indoor space environment of folk houses. In terms of use function, combined with the aging theory and post improvement evaluation, this paper studies the aging measures of six modules, including plane layout, functional space, traffic system, indoor construction, facilities and equipment and emotional space. It is hoped to provide a systematic and multi-directional new perspective for the quantitative research and design of the aging suitability of ancient houses in Western Hunan. |
