The traffic in toll station is often congested, the operation condition here will directlyaffect the highway section capacity, and which is also the basis for the construction and theeconomic evaluation of the toll station. In order to alleviate the congestion effectively, theETC(electronic toll collection) system is vigorously pursued. In this paper, the Vissimsimulation data will be used to explore the operation controlling of mixed toll system, and theeconomic rationality of relevant strategies.This paper analyzes the characteristics of highway traffic flow, which is the basis of theconstruction of several Vissim simulation models, and then uses the VisVAP module tosimulate the toll station parking. In this paper, I will set different lane types, lane number, theETC utilization rate, or different volume of traffic to discuss the operation and the servicelevels of these cases. And according to the simulation of the delay data, set the till stationlanes under different circumstances, and also provide a reference for the design of new tollstation. Finally, I will use effective method to analyze the proposed operation strategy ofsocial and economic benefits. |
