Study On Status Investigation And Development Strategy Of Shandong Province Industrial Design

With the development of market economy, industrial design(ID) has been pervasion in every aspect of our life gradually. On international scales, developed countries and regions pay more and more attention to the development of ID, according to using ID to develop product and improve the competitive power of product, thus boosting the economic development. ID of our country has been expanding since the reform and opening-up, but it is just in the imitation stage in quite a long period, and therefore it is still not mature enough. Our government put a new premium on the innovative design of product, Premier Wen Jiabao pointed out "we must attach great importance to industrial design" on February13th,2007. Thus it can be seen ID has become the important part which needs rapid development and support. In recent years, it appears a batch of cities of high ID ability, such as Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou Shenzhen and so on. Their common points are the capacity of ID is strong, the economic development is rapid and the economic ability is great. To a certain extent, this reflects the level of ID in our country, as well as the importance and value of ID. The twelfth five-year plan is a critical period of breakthrough and update for manufacturing industry in Shandong Province. To improve the capacity of ID has great significance for the progress of independent innovation, added value, competitive ability and the creation of well-known brands of corporation. So, the analysis of industrial design application status of Shandong Province is of great guidance and practical importance.First of all, author hope from the macroscopic and microscopic aspects of s ID in Shandong Province of the status of the investigation, evaluation method by using the model of the results of the survey analysis, the analysis results construct a set of applicable to our province industrial design development strategic mode.Second, macroscopic aspect, from this paper author analyzed from five aspects in ID in Shandong Province development advantage and the foundation, include:the mechanical engineering, communications equipment manufacturing, light industrial products, product packaging, government policy support, etc; For the micro aspect, this paper established in shandong province as the research object25enterprises, enterprise mainly includes machinery manufacturing, light industry, product packaging, furniture equipment manufacturing and industrial design closely related industry, separately from the enterprise internal (such as:design the communication and cooperation, human resources training, the intellectual property rights protection, etc.) and enterprise external (such as:investment and finance, taxation, social marketing and social incentive, government support, etc.) two parts of ID in Shandong Province of the status of the investigation. On the basis of the survey result, author use the scientific method to evaluate the object, such as measure statistical analysis method based on multiple linear regression model and evaluation and analysis method based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The factors restricting the development of ID in Shandong Province are found out. Combined with the characteristics of the modern industrial structure and enterprise development, author proposed the strategies and models which is suitable for the development of ID in Shandong Province from the aspects of communication and cooperation, government support, social popularization, intellectual property protection, education and training, etc.At last, the result of research and survey shows that:in order to improve the level of ID in Shandong Province, it is necessary to make the competitive industries as the leading force, make the industrial development as the driving force, and make the innovation design of product as the core. This is useful for the construction of ID institutes, public service platform and surrounding environment, as well as the popularization and application of innovation and achievement of ID. At the same time, it also has very important significance for the cultivation of qualified ID elite, the improvement of independent innovation, added value, competitive ability and the creation of well-known brands of corporation.
