In china,the road surface of many cities suffers the repetitive excavation due to the maintenance of various pipes.It is quite common to see that "someone excavate while others fill and level up",which leads to the great waste.Such a phenomenon is the malpractice existed in the urban construction of China.To handle such an issue properly,China actively promote the utility tunnel construction in recent years.The digging depth of the utility tunnel would be over 5m in general.Besides,the construction environment is complex and engineering scale is becoming increasingly large.All of these factors indicate the gradually increased risks which would generate significant influences on the quality of utility tunnel and thus affect its construction.Therefore,It is urgent at present to explore the risk evaluation methods and countermeasures for the utility tunnel pit projects,provide references for the risk management of the utility tunnel pit,and guarantee the smooth construction for the utility tunnel pit.On the basis of the survey on huge amount of relevant documents and literature both home and abroad,this paper found that there are few researches on the risk evaluation of utility tunnel pit projects and the relevant theories are far from enough.The utility tunnel pit project falls in the scope of pit project whose risk evaluation theories are quite mature.Therefore,according to the pit project risk evaluation theories,it is more scientific and feasible to analyze the risk evaluation and countermeasures based on the special features of the utility tunnel.This paper studied the risk evaluation and countermeasures on the utility tunnel pit project in Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Area.To being with,the author made in-depth analysis on the utility tunnel pit project in Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Area based on the on site construction experience,analyzed the engineering features of this utility tunnel pit project,identified the risky factors by using the risk identification method,and classified these risky factors to define the hierarchical relation and other elements;then,the author made use of the risk analysis model of analytic hierarchy process to make comprehensive analysis on the utility tunnel pit by selecting appropriate membership function according to the occurrence rate and importance of the risky factors.In this way,it got the risk weight of different risky factors and provide references for the risk management decisions of this pit project and proposed the countermeasures.This paper made study on the risk evaluation and countermeasures on the utility tunnel pit project in Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Area.Being the tryout for the risk management study of utility tunnel pit project,it enriches the study on the risk management of pit project and generates both theoretical and practical significance to the certain extent.
