This paper discusses the basic knowledge of the project feasibility, summarizes the development of project feasibility study and analysis the feasibility of the LuWu220kV power delivery project Based on AHP and technical-edonomic point of view.Through analysis the power grid of LingShan county, forecast power load and analysis the balance of power supply and electric quantity, it is proved that the LuWu220kV power delivery project is necessary.Two proposed substation address of LuDong and XinTang are analyzed from substation position and substation layout, system access, demolition and compensation, building projects quantities, environmental protection,t ransportation and other aspects of profiles, and then the substation address of LuDong was located with the method of AHP.This paper studies feasibility of220kV LuWu power delivery project from aspects of technical,economic and social benefits.The project were technical analyzed from substation electric connection, technical level of transmission lines, civil engineering, lightning protection, communication and so on, and the results show that the project construction is feasible. According to the technical scheme and assessment parameter,this paper estimated sinvestment of the project and analyzed economic benefits of the project, the estimation and analysis result show that the project also has the economic feasibility. the analysis result of the environmental quality and environmental impact (including saving energy and reducing consumption) has shown the rationality of the project.With the AHP to evaluate the project, the result also confirmed that220kV LuWu power delivery project is feasible...
