The Design And Realize Of Marine Automatic Control System

With the large-scale,high-speed,automation and network development of the ship,it increases the automation requirements of the shipping power station. Power station is one of the key parts in a ship. The monitoring system of ship power station plays an important role.The monitoring system of ship power station based on PLC is designed in this paper.Taking the Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) as the core device, it has verystrong function and reliable Performance.It is widely used in the automation of modern industryThis text introduces the adoption of Siemens S7-300series PLC to carry out the method and step of the automation of the ship power station control.At the same time, the using method of the corresponding software SIMATIC Manager is also be introduced. In this design,it adopts the method of combining PC with the crew to realize the ship power station control.The crew uses the PLC to carry out the concrete control mission,and the PC uses the Fame View configurable software, Providing the function of state display and alarm record and so on.The monitoring system is composed of one master station (upper computer) and three sub-stations. Each sub-station, which is cored by a Siemens S7-300PLC structure, controls a generator independently which is consist of a diesel engine and a generator. The main station and sub-stations are connected by RS485communication. An automatic monitoring system of ship power station is introduced in this paper, which can realize real data collection and related equipment control. By using the method of modular construction, flow charts of every model in PLC control system is designed in this paper. The program is designed by using the PLC programming software including the modules of generator’s self-starting, quasi-synchronous auto-parallel operation and automatic splitting. The automatic control system of power station is realized with this method. By using the configuration software Fame View, the monitoring software of PC is designed in this paper, which has the characteristics of friendly interface and convenient operation.
