Schedule Management Of Condition Based Maintenance For Substation Equipment In Jinhua Grid

The condition based maintenance is the inevitable development of substation equipment maintenance, it makes the target of substation equipment maintenance explicit, reduces the workload of maintenance, increases work efficiency greatly, saves maintenance cost and further improves the social benefit and economic efficiency of enterprise. Project management is used for the first time in condition based maintenance of substation equipment, it will form a more reasonable and scientific management method, and will promote the operation of the electricity companies. Especially the application of the schedule management, it will raise the utilization rate of resources, speed up the progress of the project, shorten the construction period and improve the availability of equipment and power supply.This paper researches the condition based maintenance of the substation equipment based on the schedule management. It analyzes the basic theory of schedule management and the schedule management of the condition based maintenance at first, then points out the problems in the schedule management of the condition based maintenance and the improvement from the aspects of planning,control,effect,organization and responsibility. At the end of this article, it takes the condition based maintenance of Jinhua grid in2011as an example for the using of network planning technology in schedule management. The schedule management of Jinhua power grid achieves a good results by decomposition on the project using the scientific method,the effective organization of staff,reasonable arrangements for network planning at all levels.Through the example analysis, this paper puts forward how to solve the delay of substation equipment maintenance schedule. Through effect analysis, the schedule management of the condition based maintenance achieves good results, it will play a important role in other projects of power system.
