Research On Optimization Design Of Emergency Department Of Guangzhou Large General Hospital Based On Post-Use Evaluation

With the development of the national economy and the improvement of people's living standards,the domestic medical industry has entered a new stage of development.The emergency department is an important part of modern general hospitals and is the most concentrated department of hospital patients with acute and severe diseases.Patients and accompanying family members are often nervous and anxious,and medical staffs have high work intensity and high pressure.Therefore,how to optimize the space environment of the emergency department to meet the physiological and psychological needs of users is a research topic that we must face.In this paper,the post-use evaluation method is used as a research method.According to the current situation of the emergency department of the large general hospitals in Guangzhou and the subjective needs of users,the problems in the construction and design of the emergency department of the general hospitals are found,and the reasons for the improvement and the improvement methods are analyzed.On this basis,the optimization design strategy of the emergency department of the general hospital is proposed.In summary,this paper studies the optimization design of the emergency department of the large-scale general hospital in Guangzhou based on post-use evaluation,including the following six parts:The first part is an introduction.The research background of the subject was expounded,and the theoretical system and characteristics of the key disciplines involved in the research were analyzed to determine the method,content and technical route of the research,and to clarify the scope,purpose and significance of the research.The second part of the large-scale general hospital emergency department overview,combing the development of the emergency department,analysis of the general hospital emergency department work characteristics,disease spectrum,the use of people and emergency behavior.The third part is to establish a post-assessment method system,clearly define the hierarchy of objectives,processes,indicators,index interpretation and importance analysis,and then design the evaluation method.The fourth part of the application of post-use assessment,taking the representative of the emergency department of two representative general hospitals in Guangzhou as a sample,quantitative and qualitative assessment,and discuss the analysis and evaluation results,summarizing the main problems.The fifth part optimizes the design.According to the problems found in the investigation,its causes,the exploration of the solutions and the evaluation summary,the optimization design strategy of the emergency department of the large general hospitals in Guangzhou is proposed.
