As the domestic precedent, It has a strong research significance. The paper studiesthe multilayer parking garage in Zuoan of Lijiang Garden from six aspects in-depth, that is theoverall layout of Li jiang Garden, current situation of different kinds of parking methods,planning layout of multilayer parking garage, construction monomer, mode of operation andthe characteristics of user groups, summarize its success and its shortage.
