The research and development of nuclear imaging system equipment, such asPET、SPECT、MRI, was so faster, because of their advanced features and highlyefficient diagnosis. However, the researchers the development of the nuclear imagingsystem equipment was focused only on the own development of equipment. There isfew literature or news reports of the development of the recorder, which services fornuclear imaging system. Therefore, aiming at nuclear imaging system, this papershowed the research of the dedicated recorder, which can support effectively thedevelopment、promotion and application of such system epuipment.Nuclear imaging system equipment has complex structure, many boards, localconnection intensive and so on features. It is necessary to measure the paramtemers ofmore temperature, humidity and voltage of the nuclear imageing system equipment,and to measure the radiation dose of environment where the system equipmentworked. In order to ensure the system equipment worked well and steady for a longtime. The recorder used the module to design, and has two modules: the ParameterDetection Unit (PDU) and the Main Control System Unit (MCSU). Each PDU whichselected the appropriate parameter sensor and designed the processing circuit for thesensor, realized for measurement of the corresponding parameters, that includingtemperature, humidity, voltage, dose detection unit. The MCSU selected the ARMchip S3C2440A that made by the Samsung company as the CPU of the recorder, andselected the Linux system as the embedded operating system of the recorder. Therecorder designed to ARM-Linux embedded system with SDRAM, Flash, LCD andother peripheral hardware.The recorder that based on ARM-Linux embedded system used the PDU tomeasure the corresponding parameter, and sent measurement values to the MCSU forstorage and display. The design of the recorder embedded system included thetransplantation of u-boot and Linux kernel and YAFFS2file system, the driver programs of network and LCD and other hardware, the application program ofhuman-computer interaction.The recorder which hardware and software system were tested, start theembedded Linux system successfully through u-boot, and achieved the measurementof8-channel temperature and8-channel humidity and3-channel voltage and theenvironment gamma dose, and realized for monitoring of nuclear imaging systemepuipment.
