| The work of the public building energy efficiency has been done for years in our country. In hot summer and cold winter zone which is one of the most developed areas in China, the energy efficiency retrofit of existing public buildings including office buildings has been delayed obviously. The main reason is that those owners can't estimate the potential of energy efficiency retrofit, and they are still doubtful of the proceeds that energy efficiency retrofit can bring.Based on the office buildings' energy consumption actuality of some typical cities in hot summer and cold winter zone, the paper analyses four factors that affect office buildings' energy consumption and introduces common technologies using for the energy efficiency retrofit. The paper designs a kind of evaluation index system to evaluate the potential of existing office building energy efficiency retrofit. We use analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight coefficient of each index and according to Design standard for energy efficiency of public buildings in Zhejiang province we make a detailed standard for grading.In order to validate the practicality of the office building evaluation index system, the paper evaluated the office building of Zhejiang academy of building research and design . The result is that the building has big energy efficiency potential. Then we compared the actual energy consumption of the building before and after energy efficiency retrofit. Finally, it concluded that the office building evaluation index system can evaluate the potential of existing office building energy efficiency veraciously and intuitively. |
