Guangzhou guangsheng international building is a high-rise intelligent comprehensive office building,It is the third height buildings in Guangzhou with268.75m.The building is located at the Pearl River Metro J1-1block with the junction of the Guangzhou Pearl River Avenue West and Jinsui road.The total investment is about20billionRMB from Guangdong Sheng Ming real estate development company.The building is located in the Pearl River Metro Line on the north side of the B1region, which belongs to the Pearl River Metro CBD core area.
