Guangzhou guangsheng international building is a high-rise intelligent comprehensive office building,It is the third height buildings in Guangzhou with268.75m.The building is located at the Pearl River Metro J1-1block with the junction of the Guangzhou Pearl River Avenue West and Jinsui road.The total investment is about20billionRMB from Guangdong Sheng Ming real estate development company.The building is located in the Pearl River Metro Line on the north side of the B1region, which belongs to the Pearl River Metro CBD core area. It covers an area of7907square meters,a total construction area of154053square meters,of which123138square meters floor area,has an area of30915square meters underground.The underground has six floors,fifty-nine floors on the ground.The floor function is divided into: underground six layer and underground layer of motor-vehicle garage, non-motor vehicle garage and equipment room; the first floor hall for the office; second layer for supporting the financial and banking center; the third or fourth layer is ordinary restaurant; fifth layer is a staff canteen; sixth layers of audio-visual center meeting room; tenth layer, twenty-seventh layer and forty-fourth layers is refuge layer;twenty-eightth layer is equipment layer;the remaining level for the office floor.Combined with the engineering practice, the traditional design patterns based on the application of many new technologies, new methods, and some key problems are analyzed, put forward reasonable solution:1,a variety of water supply system for mixed use,make full use of the municipal pipe network residual pressure,avoid the lower pipe hydrostatic pressure is too great,cause leakage, vibration problem;2,toilet uses the same floor drainage system,no noise, flexible arrangement,withbathrooms;3,rainwater recycling system,the effective use of water resources, economy and environmental protection;4, the use of air source heat pump system, the effective use of renewable energy;5, did not set the septic tank, reducing environment pollution, save the construction investment; fire hydrant, sprinkler system in addition also employs a large space intelligent fire extinguishing system, enhance the construction of fire extinguishing system reliability.
