Digital binoculars can serve as binoculars to observe the details of the long distance target, it can also serve as a digital camera to record the details of the long distance target, it’s small and portable in addition. So it has broad prospects in many fields.At the base of the two kinds of structures, a design method of a integrated digital monocular system is proposed. In the telescope system, the three separation objective is adopted for the telescope objective to get better image quality, the asymmetric eyepiece is used for the telescope eyepiece, so as to obtain desirable back focal distance and longer eye relief, also achieving good quality; in the digital camera, the petzval objective is employed as the photographic objective, in the design, the telescope objective is the front group of the photographic objective, through the splitter, the image beam arrive at the rear group, the separated doublet is employed as the rear part, and a field lens is added close to the image surface, so as to get a better quality image at the extra-axial.In the telescope system, the magnification of the system is8, the entrance pupil diameter is32mm, the all field of view is6°; in the digital camera, the focal length of the system is57mm, the F/#is1.78, the telescope system and the digital camera have the same field of view; this integrated digital monocular system realize shooting what was observed.
