This figure go beyond of the total number of AIDS, cancer, diabetes, three kinds of the century diseases. With The institutional reform in China and the abolition of pre-marital medical examination, the number of mentalretardation still increasing.Because of mentalretardation children are lack of Intellectual ability, result in the perception, cognitive barriers, and lead to expression, communication, learning, physical flaws, mentalretardation can not get the general public recognition. Therefore, the mentalretardation need special rehabilitation and rehabilitation measures to bring up their ability of self-sufficient, self-care to integrate into society in future.In recent years, in the mental retardation system of mentalretardation, a variety of rehabilitation and specialized training institutions for the mentalretardation become a major choice. By placing and exploring the studies on the psychological, praxiological and physical actions of the disability children, an analogyMethod is applied to compare the discrepancy between the disability and the non-disable ones. The landscape design methods and design guidelines for the special education setting have been made and applied into community setting of the "Peizhi" mentalretardation rehabilitation agencies in Wuhan.
