The problem of children's School Journey is not only a traffic problem,but also a social problem that puzzles the current Chinese society.Compared with the past decades,the two indicators of children's active travel and independence have declined significantly.As a social phenomenon,"Chinese style transport" has been criticized by the public,and children's rights have hardly been respected.Taking Jiangbei Experimental Primary School District of Ningbo as an example,the study focuses on the following specific issues: why do parents have to pick up and send even if they are only a few hundred meters away? What's the reason why parents have to pick up? What is the social cost of school transportation? It is an effective way to explore the nature of children's general learning problems,construct theoretical framework and propose solutions based on the framework from the perspective of social cost and the theory of social psychology.In Jiangbei experimental primary school area,the goal is to support children to go to school independently,improve children's independent activity and protect children's basic rights.The conclusions are as follows:1)Private cost has a direct impact on the choice of children's general learning behavior,in which the transfer cost is positively related to whether children are independent in general learning,and the risk cost is negatively related to it.According to the theory of rational choice,parents will make a decision after weighing the transportation cost and risk cost.2)External cost indirectly affects parents' choice by influencing private cost.The external cost of parents who transport children is nearly twice that of their parents,which leads to the high social cost of the school district and the decline of the overall social benefit.A large number of parents will also have group polarization effect,deepening the individual's sense of insecurity to the environment.Pick up and drop off behavior caused the situation of losing more in the school district.3)In recent years,the decline of the proportion of children's independent general education is essentially a process from positive feedback to negative feedback caused by urbanization and information interference. |
