Bridge structure as the important foundation of modern traffic system,its safety and health notonly affects the state of social, political, economic, defense and other undertakings of the healthy andorderly development, but also a direct impact on people’s life and property safety, therefore theservice during its structural safety. In recent years, with the development of the national economy,more and more large span bridge entered people’s field of vision, the bridge health monitoring hasbecome a hot spot in the field of civil engineering.As the infrastructure, bridge engineering, environment, climate and other natural factors andthe increasing traffic and heavy vehicles, overweight vehicle bridge the increasing number of cases,the existing bridge especially for transportation has a significant effect on big cross-border bridgesare necessary to monitor and corresponding maintenance,which can monitor the bridge site traffic,is conducive to the bridge management department of traffic control, and early detection of bridgedisease,determination of bridge site of injury and the qualitative and quantitative analysis, in theevent of an emergency after also can evaluate the residual life of the bridge, for repair andmaintenance and management decision-making provide a basis and guidance to ensure the safety ofthe bridge and prolong the using life of bridge is very necessary.This report taking Luohe bridge as the basis, in search of a large number of documents on thebasis of, based on the large span continuous rigid frame bridge structural health monitoring system,established a health monitoring main content, given the Luohe bridge structural health monitoringparameters selected, through the parameter analysis, established the Luohe bridge health monitoringsystem design, options include system should have the hardware and software components,monitoring project plan formulation method and the arrangement of measuring points, suitable forthe system of data acquisition and transmission scheme, In the running process of the system to carryout data processing and analysis. On the discussion of the real time data acquisition based on,developed a sensor arrangement scheme, In and out of the main data acquisition equipment selection.Finally the test data and the previous data carries on the contrast analysis, study the bridgefoundation settlement, the main span of structure deflection, strain and crack section closing segmentvalue. The research for Luohe bridge health monitoring is established to provide practical, effectivesolutions for the same type of bridge structure, the service during the state evaluation system set up.
