The package express’s appearance and its development, complied with the demand ofpeople, has formed a new development way with the rapid development of high way network,road passenger transportation industry is getting grown up the package express is a kind ofservice of the fast goods transportation, its development is inevitably a process that get perfectgradually. While its fast developing, how to deal with the problems such as low concentrationdegree of road passenger transportation market, unreasonable resources deployment and so on,in order to guide the package express in the brand, difference, union and professional direction ofdevelopment has became the key point and difficulty in road passenger transportationenterprise’s business for the package express.This thesis mainly used the theoretical analysis methods, systematically analyzes andstudies the enterprise of road passenger transport of package express development train ofthought. This article first in theory analyzes the characteristics and advantages of packageexpress, and puts forward package express should move in the alliance network and branddevelopment. Second, the domestic and foreign enterprise of road passenger transport ofpackage express development present condition, experience, characteristic and the problemthat face undertook detailed analysis, point out enterprise of road passenger transport in thedevelopment of package express business should take corresponding measures. On thisfoundation, put forward enterprise of road passenger transport of package expressdevelopment train of thought, package express development should be based on the brandstrategy for the pilot and strategic alliance based on cooperation, and gradually expand theexpress network, the implementation of differentiated product strategy, in order to enter thee-commerce support for the efforts of goal, and timely intervention of freight line, citydistribution and other areas, gradually diversified roads, improve the comprehensive logisticsservice ability, enhance market competition ability. Finally on how to better development ofpackage express offered relevant policy proposal.
