| With the rapid development of urbanization process and the constraintof urban land, it led to the high intensive apartment mode and theformalization of community communication space due to orderly patternof community planning.However, with the progress of the whole society,residents’ living standard improving, the demand for the spiritual life, andneighborhood communication of community residents is growing strongly.There is an existing difference between traditional community“functionand structure†one-to-one planning design idea and the daily use ofresidents communication space, the community residents activity space isnot confined to predefined fixed communication space, it reaches to thewhole community.This research aims to enrich and develop community communicationspace planning theory, seek an optimization of environment design topromote road communication and meet the needs of the communityresidents.This research includes the following achievements:(1)It puts forward the concept of elastic communication space andcommunity road communication space on the basis of there-interpretation of the definition of community communicationspace,then it comes to the induction of road communication featuresfrom the behavior and place dimensions. (2)Based on gestalt psychology formula: B=f (P×E), that humanbehavior patterns is determined by internal demand and external factors.Internal factor refers to the residents need, external factor refers to theroad facilities.(3)Based on the questionnaire,the thesis makes research on the demandcharacteristic of urban community residents,and it comes to theconclusions: Residents stay a positive position on the overall demandof road communication activities; The characteristics of roadcommunication activities and communication places demand is veryobvious; The familiarity of residents in the neighborhood has asignificant positive correlation with the demand of road communicationspace.(4)Based on the on--spot investigation of the community road facilitiesconditions,it comes to the conclusions: the facilities of road linear spaceare better than the point space; The difference road of communicativebehavior between point and linear space is not obvious; The correlationorder between road facilities and behavior: recreation facilities (E2)>plant greening (E3)> traffic safety facilities (E1)> road pavement (E4);The influencing factors range from different communities and differentroad areas. It can promote communicative behavior through appropriatetransformation of road facilities.(5)Based on the road communication space influence factors andcorrelation studies, it puts forwards a community road environmentdesign optimization, and probes into an idea of the combination ofarchitecture, planning, landscape planning, it puts forward a threehand-in-hand workflow, and a design method to coordinate traffic function with communication function within road planning. |
