| Construction project in the provision of infrastructure and industrial facilities,increasing employment, promoting social development at the same time, also consumelarge amounts of natural resources and energy in the construction process, affectingnatural hydrology, to the sustainable development of society have a major negativeimpact. In recent years，EPC general contracting of construction project as oneinternational current engineering construction mode possesses has been spreaded inchina. The businessmen of EPC general contracting are available through projectmanagement stages in the design, procurement and construction work in the depth ofthe cross and followed up quickly, through project management more profitably, whichcan provide more perfect chance for environment management.This paper embarked from general contractor’s perspective, had the environmentproblem in view of the items of basic construction implementation process in, Analysisthe opportunity of reduce the environmental impact，according to the EPC modemovement characteristic, take reduced the environmental effect as the goal, theenvironment management system, the environmental effect appraisal is the foundation,take the risk management as the tool, has established under the EPC pattern theenvironment management frame and detailed lists. According to the case research ofWest-East natural gas transmission pipe EPC project, the environment managementframe and detailed lists in the paper can effectively bring the environment managementinto management factors of EPC contract, which can systematilyc analysis the lack ofthe environment management in the project process and put forward the improvementsuggestment for the system of environment management and technique methods. Thatcan achieve the effect of EPC project environment management process improvedcontinually, promotion primary contractor enterprise’s environment managementinnovation ability, prevention and reduced environment event occurrence. |
