With the rapid development of permanent magnetic materials and control method,It has become the mainstream of researching and developing of high-performancepermanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) servo system. The PMSM servosystem has been used widely in the modern industry, national defense, spacetechnology, daily life, and other fields.A permanent magnet synchronous motor servo control system that usingTMS320F2812as control core and using PMSM as object of control is introduced inthis paper.Firstly, the mathematical mode of PMSM has been analyzed and the controlstrategy of PMSM was determined according to its characteristics. The details aboutthe technology principle and realization method of space vector pulse widthmodulation(SVPWM) was introduced. Secondly, the circuit of hardware and the mainprogram flow chart of software of the PMSM servo control system was given. Thirdly,the speed loop and the current loop use the fuzzy self-adaptive of PI controller in thissystem to meet the reliability, precision and control performance and to meet thecharacteristics of PMSM. Finally, the simulation model of servo control system wasestablished and the control effect of the fuzzy self-adaptive PI controller wasvalidated. The results proved that it has good control effect. |
