The hydraulic system has the advantages of small size,high transmission power and so on.The computing ability of computer has been improved in the two aspects of calculation speed and accuracy.So the modeling and simulation of software to hydraulic systems has been studied by more and more researchers by computer.This is a trend in the digital age.In this paper,the basic knowledge of hydraulic theory is briefly reviewed.Then,the use of AMESim software is introduced by using the six degree of freedom platform.Finally,the existing drive unit technology is combined into the reconfigurable hydraulic test rig.The stable depressurization system and stroke precision hydraulic system are set up.Then we can model and simulate to the two systems by using AMESim software.Finally,we need check the curves of displacement and other related variables and analyze the correctness of control logic modeling.Curve results show that the former two systems reach the requirements of depressurization rate and displacement respectively.When analyzing the relative variables of stroke precision hydraulic system and after finding out the shortcomings of the system,we will find out the reason according to the hydraulic theory knowledge and system operation process.In order to finish the improvement of the system,we think out two different core principles solutions according to above reason,then Software modeling and Simulation of the improved system implemented with software.And we need to check the curves of the related variables and compare the same variables before and after system improvement to verify the feasibility of the improved scheme.The comparison results show that the improved system increases the displacement accuracy by about 10 um compared to the pre improved.The core ideas of these two kinds of improvement schemes are different.The one core idea of an improved scheme is that the quality of the hydraulic oil remains unchanged,the size of the lower chamber remains unchanged and the position of the lower chamber changed.The other core idea of an improved scheme is that the quality of the hydraulic oil remains changed,the size of the lower chamber remains changed and the position of it remains unchanged.According to the condition of laboratory hardware,we choose the second improved schemes mentioned above to do experiments.The experiment is carried out by two times.First of all,we need to built the hardware of the experiment system.Then we will input software program.The hardware connection of the two experiments is basically the same.Before the second experiment,the program of the lower computer should be replaced.After the two experiment,the data of the relevant variables are displayed in curves.The comparison results of correlated curves verify the conclusions of the simulation software again.The feasibility of the improved scheme is verified again by analysis and comparison on curve.
