Combining the vibration liquefaction mechanism of concrete materials, for the purpose toimprove the cement concrete pavement roughness when pavement just molding, this text hasmainly carried on the following research:Firstly, Performance study on slip-form construction concrete vibratory liquefaction;Combined with concrete vibration liquefaction mechanism, use vibration viscosity coefficientand vibration acceleration as evaluation indexes, evaluate the vibration liquefaction of differentworkability concrete materials, through consolidation process; Research vibration liquefactionon the concrete strength, density, and the viscosity coefficient.Secondly, study on slip-form paver vibrating rod vibration validity; use the vibrationacceleration as evaluation index, to study vibrational energy attenuation laws in differentworkability concrete materials; through establish relationships between the vibrationacceleration and vibration viscosity coefficient in different workability concrete materials,given the different workability concrete materials effective vibration acceleration; According tothe acceleration transverse attenuation rule of vibrator beam, Calculating the effective workscope of vibrating rod; Through test the slip-form paver vibrator beam longitudinal effectiverange, Combined with the influence of vibration liquefaction time on the strength of differentworkability concrete, given the best paving speed.Finally, air-entraining agents improve the out machine roughness of slip-form constructioncement concrete pavement; air-entraining agent in concrete materials can improve itsconstruction characteristics, Using torque sensor test the influence of rheological properties airentraining agent to the concrete. Using self-made small sliding mode paver test the influence ofthe vibration energy propagation law,air entraining agent to the concrete. Through test thevibration viscosity coefficient and formwork ability, clear the influence of out machineroughness air entraining agent to cement concrete pavement. Studies show that the addition of air entraining agent can improve concrete vibration liquefaction characteristics and formworkcapacity, so as to improve the cement concrete pavement out machine roughness.
