Static test is the primary means of determining the carrying capacity态stress distributionand stability of structural parts under a certain load. It can be used to verify whether productquality can meet the requirement and the analysis theoretical is correct, further more,according to the experimental data, A new analysis method can be raised and the design canbe improved. Because of greater pressure and stability, hydraulic loading static test methodhas become the most widely used method of loading.Based on requirements of a special product, A set of hydraulic loading test-bed, whichcan be used to release stress and ensure quality was researched. It not only provides themechanical adjustment system and realized automation, but also outputs50t load and holdsthe load for48hours.First of all, overall program is designed according to mechanical, hydraulic and electriccontrol. The motion scheme of mechanical adjustment set and method of load was designed,at the same time, sketch of hydraulic system and electric control system is drew.Secondly, key component of hydraulic system is selected and AMESim is used tosimulating and analyzing the hydraulic cylinder and solenoid valve.Finally, the detailed design of electric control system, including hardware and software,specifically, the extern wiring diagram and software of PLC is shown, in order to control thelower machine, the key technology of PC soft ware is study deeply.Through experimental verification, the hydraulic load test-bed can provide a stable andlasting pressure, and can be controlled precisely and accurately.
