In the past decade,China ’s urbanization process is significantly accelerated.withincreasing the total vehicle fleet and sharp rise in demand for urban transport, urban land useconflicts between development and road transport infrastructure capacity, traffic congestionbrought about by the traffic environment has become prominent in urban development, with auniversal problem, which has become the factors restricting the city’s economic developmentand improved living standards.The purpose of this study is on the basis of the new release of the Traffic Impact Analysisof the Construction Project, a number of issues in the traffic impact analysis study to providea reference and guidance for practical application, problems that need attention in theevaluation elaborate analysis, combined with a general provision and research methods, andproposed future traffic impact evaluation of the practical application of new ideas. Focus onresearch such as in the case of the need to pay attention to the problems and new ideas.Mixed construction projects in the TIA, the scope of the evaluation and appraisal of theday need to clarify the recommendations provide guidance for practical application.This article need to pay attention to the impact assessment of construction projects in thetraffic impact assessment of parking demand and parking facilities and easy to confuse theconcept of the highlights did not provide technical support for practical applications.Based on the analysis after the tourist traffic characteristics for the historical and culturalprotection areas, based tourism traffic travel comfort requirements, the proposed suggestionsand ideas of comfort for the evaluation of public transport impact of construction projects.
