Study On The Optimization Strategies Of Parking Facilities In Yichun District Of Yichun City

China's economy and family's income have witnessed huge development and increase since the reform and opening up,especially in the past decade.The consumption for residents also reaches its peak,therefore accelerating the vehicle parc.However,the construction of parking facilities is mostly ignored during the process of urbanization.City parking facilities are faced with great demands and urging construction.The purpose for this study lies on the promotion of parking facilities as well as the solution of parking problems through the planning methods.In this paper,firstly,parking issues are summarized both at home and abroad.The status quo,supply and distribution of parking facilities in Yichun District are analyzed to find out the existing problems.Considering the parking characteristics,the subsequent discussed issues are the reasons,which include difficult parking,inadequate public facilities in old residential areas,unmatch between commercial service public facilities and tourism development,insufficient construction of cold-oriented parking facilities construction and absent of parking management and operation,etc.Seven aspects are planned in sight of these problems.The compared method between classification and overall forecast is put forward,following by the application to parking demand forecast of Yichun District;the concept of parking zoning is introduced to divide Yichun District into three sections: restricted controlling area,desirable development area and loose development area,following by respective transport development strategies and parking development pattern;the indexes of public facilities,for parking lot of public facilities,are revised to further put forward the site selection principles,construction principles,layout requirements of public parking lot and layout principles of parking facilities with dynamic and static coordination;combined with the advocate of new energy decision-making,the coordinated development between parking facilities and charging facilities of motor vehicle is recommended;in view of parking difficulties in Yichun District,other relevant management policies are proposed,including development of parking industry,charging management,law enforcement management,management intelligence and information,etc.
