Research On Safety Management System Construction Of Y Construction Enterprise

The construction industry has always belonged to three categories of six high-risk industries identified by the Ministry of Emergency Management.If there is no effective management and control,all kinds of production safety accidents will easily occur and may cause mass death and mass injury and other unbearable bad effects.Thus,for every company engaged in construction,the establishment of a scientific and perfect safety management system and its effective implementation is the key to solving management problems.This paper studies Y construction company,analyzes the current situation of enterprise safety management,finds out the main problems in company safety management,and analyzes the reasons from the two aspects of safety management system and implementation guarantee,and uses the PDCA cycle method,and then constructs Y construction company safety management system.Firstly,the construction basis,principles and methods of safety management system are defined.Secondly,it constructs the safety management system from four aspects: planning,implementation,inspection and improvement.Thirdly,the corresponding safeguard measures are put forward for the planning,implementation,inspection and improvement of the safety management system.Finally,the application of a safety management system in the company construction project X,using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combined with the way to evaluate the application effect of the system,and then analysis the safety management system in the X project success and the deficiencies in the process of application,and improve the coordination mechanism,to carry out the safety information competition,improve the training quality and improve the incentive measures proposed to improve the direction,improve the deficiency existing in the safety management system.Through the reasonable construction of the safety management system,and its application effect in the actual project to verify,to solve the practical problems in the safety management of Y construction company to provide solutions,but also for other companies under construction to improve the safety management work provides a reference.
