The Research On Landscape Reconstruction Of Zhuzhou Qingshui Lake Industrial Wasteland

City industry’s development of strategies is changing from the growth of industrial civilization society development pattern to four in one ecological civilization social development mode such as economy, society, culture and environment. Low carbon environmental protection and sustainable development have become the modern social development goals. However, even many of the old industrial areas have moved out of the city, the city center has still left a large number of industrial wasteland, and serious environmental pollution problem, those places like the industrial scars of city, which restricts the city development. How to repair those industrial wastelands, to updated city constantly in the process of rebirth, is the problem of developed cities nowadays.This work takes the Qingshui Lake Industrial wastelands of Zhuzhou as the research object, using the methods such as literature research, investigation, interview investigation, multidisciplinary research and design practice, integrated in the relevant research results and based on the reference of domestic and foreign excellent cases, to research Zhuzhou Qingshui lake industrial wastelands landscape reconstruction theory and technology, characteristics of the status, strategy, concept design. There are four main conclusions about those researchs:1) To combines the relevant research results of internal and international coutouries, the resoult can be found which is the industrial wasteland landscape should be based on the theory of sustainable development, ecological design theory, theory of landscape design and construction of recycling theory; summarizes domestic and foreign outstanding cases, to extract the industrial wasteland landscape the development model for the main city park, Museum, to cultural creative industry as the leading comprehensive park and tourism and leisure resort, for clear lake industrial wasteland landscape provides a theoretical basis and technical support.2) According to the policy "two type society" which is set up by the State Council of Chang-Zhu-Tan city group and the background of new ecological town development strategy of Zhuzhou, the lake water area of natural characteristics, industry characteristics, spatial characteristics, landscape characteristic, environment characteristic are analyzed, the problems can be detected which are how to confirm the mode of development after the relevant companies moving out. how to repair, how to deal with pollution, how to built landscape system and how to construct.3) The strategies are made on three different standings such as renewing landscape, mode of development and ecological repairing. About the development mode, the main corporations develop as industrial park or comprehensive park, the developed small and medium sized business renewing as museum, city park and recreation place; about the ecological repairing, the main strategy is " focusing on point and clearing relationships", first of all, arranging the soil, water, waste management between the three cross the timing relationship reasonable, then combined with the ecological water management measures were later rainwater management in landscape planning; system construction, using rigid control, construction of base security pattern; reasonable protection, comprehensive coordination, reconstruction with history of the overall landscape:people-oriented, to create a composite and diverse public space: low carbon environmental protection, strengthening landscape materials recycling and ecological harmony:those are five scientific nature plant landscape strategy.4) Under the guidance of new Xiawan harbo industrial wasteland landscape strategy, depend on Zhuzhou Xiawan Harbor Industrial Heritage Park general layout, monomer transformation, plant cultivation, ecological water cycling for conceptual design practice. Xiawan Harbor Industrial areas are split into several parts such as cultural and creative period, historical landscape period, and ecological education site. At the same time, the industrial heritages which along the Xiawan harbor can be changed into creative block, museum, tourist service center, industrial sculpture. And the outstanding example theme park about water treatment.Above results show that, based on developed model-ecological repairing and building landscape system those three strategies, combines the landscape designing and industrial wasteland development, uses art method to reuse the land, recover the ecology, rebuilt the culture and increase the economic. This kind of landscape reconstruction method not only suitable for Zhuzhou Qingshui lake industrial wastelands but also can be a reference for the others cities.
