Because of the big difference which the simulation results and the actual system have, theanti-aircraft gun servo system models which established by traditional theoretical simulationdo not have great significance for the research. This project uses identification simulationtechnology which some institude used for anti-aircraft gun servo system modeling simulation.This paper lays the foundation of digital reformation and improves performance ofanti-aircraft gun servo system. This paper uses identification simulation technology to simulateone type of anti-aircraft gun servo system.First from the model of anti-aircraft gun servosystem we analysis the principle of vector control and then divided the system intosub-modules, established the initial model of anti-aircraft gun servo system usingMATLAB/Simulink. Then by the experimental platform of antiaircraft gun we collect the dataof input and output and utilize the method of least squares for system identification then addthe nonlinear component error compensation to the system. Meanwhile we programming thevisual interface in order to adjust the PID parameters of the experiment. Finally we modeledvertical and horizontal combined simulation and tested the random backlash influence onsystem accuracy. Experimental results show that the simulation is highly confirm to the actualdata. This simulation system has high reference value and so can be use by work of researchand development. |
