The unit and people who use the equipments care most about when themaintenance is needed, the cost of components replaced and the maintenance time. Asfor the Service equipments, only if we got the maintainability and reliability, and doregular maintenance, recover their technical characteristic capability quickly, can theequipments meet the demands of the unit.Reliability researches of hydraulic systems are based on mathematical modelswhich are normally distributed, exponential distributed and Weibull distributed.Through comparison between reliability characters and maintenance characters, Seriesand parallel network operation diagram and mathematical model of MTTR(Mean TimeTo Repair) are established.Based on a certain hydraulic system, the paper establishes thereliability logic diagram of the hydraulic system,simulates the reliability curve usingthe MATLAB, estimates the MTBF(mean time to failures),determines the bestmaintenance intervals and the affection of environment factor k to the system.In the consideration of factors which involves a wide range, it’s hard to expressand analyze the factors altogether in the way of mathematics.The paper takes nine of thefactors which have an important impact on the maintenance of the system as the objectsof study, uses the BP network tool box of MATLAB to train and test the samples to getthe network which can predict the maintenance time. |
