With the vigorous advancement of modernization and new urbanization,the subway,as one of the most important modes of transportation in the city,has been booming in recent years,and our country has become the country with the most subway operating cities and the longest lines.As the core equipment of subway operation,metro platform screen doors of the subway is used to ensure the safety of operation and save energy consumption by shielding the platform,which plays an extremely important role in the safety,comfort,economy,and punctuality of subway operation.Therefore,the analysis and improvement of the reliability and maintainability of the metro platform screen doors have important significance and engineering application value.Based on the fault data and maintenance data during the operation of J Metro Line 5,the paper conducts a systematic and in-depth study and analysis of the reliability and maintainability of the F model metro platform screen doors and proposes corresponding improvement plans.Provide important decision support for the operation strategy of the metro platform screen doors.The main research contents of the thesis are as follows:(1)Analyzed the composition and functions of the metro platform screen doors,and drew the system structure diagram;summarized the concepts and indicators related to reliability and maintainability;based on the preliminary analysis of the historical operation failure data of the metro platform screen doors of this model,according to the sequence of the frequency of failures.Determine in turn that the door machine system and the monitoring system are category A problems,the door structure is category B,and the power system has the lowest failure rate,which is category C.(2)Based on the historical data of the time interval between failures during actual operation,a preliminary analysis was carried out,and the type of the time interval distribution of each subsystem of the platform screen door system was determined,the reliability model of the platform screen door system was carried out,and the series reliability was drawn.The performance block diagram,the reliability function of the metro platform screen doors system is obtained.(3)The system reliability analysis of the metro platform screen doors system is carried out,and the operation reliability curve of each subsystem/system and its mean time between failure curves are obtained.The result is consistent with the preliminary analysis conclusion based on the operation failure data,and the conclusion verifies the constructed subway shielding the reliability model of the metro platform screen doors system and the validity of the reliability function.Based on the existing problems of reliability analysis,finite element simulation of the door structure is carried out to analyze the components with large strength or deformation,and propose optimization and improvement opinions for these components.Carrying out FMECA analysis of the entire system,the conclusion shows: DCU,electromagnetic lock,LCB,threshold and other components have more than 125 risk sequences,and the core component DCU has the largest risk sequence.(4)Based on the historical maintenance time in the actual operation process,the maintainability analysis of this type of platform screen doors subsystem was carried out,and the distribution types and parameters of maintainability indicators such as the maintenance degree,the maintenance probability density,the maintenance rate and the average repair time of the subsystem were determined.Then the maintenance degree function of the metro platform screen doors system is obtained.Finally,the maintenance time of the subsystems is redistributed according to the average maintenance time required by the system.The result shows that the maintenance time of each subsystem is reduced,and the door machine system is increased by 18.24%.The system increased by 60.24%,the door structure increased by 42.62%,and the power system increased by 49.57%.Finally,5M1 E was used to analyze the factors that improve the maintenance level of the metro platform screen doors system and put forward suggestions for improvement.The research results of this paper have certain guidance and promotion significance for the intelligent operation and maintenance and improvement of reliability and maintainability of different models of metro platform screen doors systems in various cities.This research has certain guidance and promotion significance for the improvement of reliability and maintainability and the intelligent operation of metro platform screen doors in various cities.
