Research On Price Making Technology And Application Of Highway Engineeirng Materials

As people’s necessary and most important infrastructure，in recent years, moreand more highway construction projects were completed, more money wereinvested,highway construction has got more attention by all levels of governments andwidespread concern from the social community.The investment of highway cost is a bignumber, and in the project cost, the cost of materials has accounted for the total cost ofroad construction about60%to70%, so we can see that the price of materials impactthe project cost is outstanding. In the light of the nature of the material for highwayconstruction unblanced, not uniformity, cross-border,changed quickly, random; materialprices were affected by the value，supply and demand, international market fluctuations,etc.Research on price making technology and applcation of highway constructionmaterials,so we can make a reasonable price and price forecasts for highwayconstruction materials, help the highway construction parties do better in their roadconstruction project cost management, also have important guiding significance forforming a unified management system and a reasonable price dynamic pricing model.This article is based on three levels of the main line to start the study,they are thecharacteristics of highway construction materials, price formation mechanism, themethods of the price making and forecasts. First of all, with the characteristics ofhighway construction projects, analysis the characteristics of highway constructionmaterials, and highway construction materials are classified; Second, make out thefactors affecting highway construction material prices, respect the price formationmechanism based on the value,supply and demand, other factors explored highwayprojects. Third, discuss the price making technology of highway engineering materialsby the numerical average pricing, composition of cost pricing method, calculate pricepricing method,through the building of gray forecasting model, regression model,moving average model to study the applications by different prediction models inhighway engineering materials pricing. Combined with engineering case to ensure thatmaterial pricing is reasonable, This part is the focus of this article. Finally, come toconclution of this paper, combine the calculation of the price forecasting programmodules with the matirial price management information systems, to make the materialprice forecasting as a part of daily cost management, it will benefit the project cost management and control.
