Vibration Isolation System Of Vehicle Engine Simulation Research

Based on theproblem that when a truck changes the agricultural diesel engine, the vibration is tooviolence in idle speed and depending on the mechanical analysis software ADAMS, thispaper simulates and optimizes the engine vibration system. The main content of it is asfollows:1. The paper summarizes the designing theory and optimization method, builds theengine isolation system’s force and mathematic model and also analyzes the engine’sexciting force in theory orientation.2. By using of mechanical analysis software ADAMS, the engine isolationsystem’s6freedom simplified model is built. Associate with Adams/View andAdams/Vibration, the paper analyzes the engine system’s mode and power transmissionand also diagnoses the problem that violence vibration problem when in idle speed.3. Depending on Adams/Insight, the engine’s isolation system is optimized. Thepaper has a comparative analysis for the system’s nature character and powertransmission before and after optimization. The design method is energy decoupling anddesign variant is the rigidity parameter of the isolation component. And the designobjective is the rational distribution of the natural frequency and all freedom’s modeenergy decoupling.4. The paper builds the13freedom of the complete vehicle which also includes theengine isolation system and compares the isolation’s force output in all work conditions.Also the optimized isolation parameter’s validity is validated in complete vehiclecondition. The paper’s research method and result has a good reference value to design engineisolation system, and also provides a particular way to design this kind of isolation inproject.
