| With the quantity of urban vehicles rises rapidly and the pressure from urban trafficmanagement increases constantly,“Parking difficult†has gradually become the key factor thatinfluences city traffic. Under the limited resources and funds, the ways that control demand andincrease the parking space can not fundamentally solve the problem. Building Parking Guidanceand Information System (PGIS) has become the focus in many cities. In the PGIS, informationpublishing mode is mainly guidance display, how to choice the reasonable position of guidancedisplay is especially important. In addition, it is important to establish a scientific evaluationsystem to evaluate the construction of future PGIS and the improvement of existing systems.Based on consulting a large number of literature at home and abroad, this paper has madesome researches on the location of guidance display and system comprehensive evaluation inaccordance with the technical route of system function demand, structure design, systemimplementation index, the location of guidance display and system comprehensive evaluation,which relies on the idea of building large systems. It mainly contains in the following sections:First, based on the summary of domestic and foreign literature of PGIS, the summary of thesystem is given according to domestic “Parking difficultâ€.At the second part, according to the location of guidance display in PGIS, considering thefactors of guidance display location and combined with the Analytic Hierarchy Process, thispaper presents a location method of guidance display based on multi-objective contrastcoefficient. Then through the example, the paper demonstrates the specific application of thealgorithm in the location of guidance display.At last, an evaluation system is established for the comprehensive evaluation of the ParkingGuidance. The system consists of5one-level indicators and19influencing factors, the formerincludes the investment benefit of software and hardware, the operation effect of parkingguidance, the related technology of parking guidance, the driver satisfaction and theenvironmental satisfaction. Combined with expert scoring method, the paper gives a fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method of Parking Guidance; the specific application of the method inparking guidance comprehensive evaluation is also demonstrated by an example. |
