Then put forward a dynamic management system development and application based on Internet, analyzing the dynamic development of the management system of highway construction projects as well as the composition of the internal and external network. Conducted a systematic analysis of the various subsystems, including office subsystem, measurement management subsystem, design management subsystem, project construction subsystem, sunshine project management subsystem and enterprises seized to build subsystem. Then took Longqing highway construction project for example, introduced the use and implementation of the dynamic highway construction project management system on Longqing highway projects, as well as the achievements and experience in detail. Finally, the paper proposed some related research conclusions and later research prospects.
