Study Of The Integrated Management About The Hoisting Machinery Installation Project Of S Company

As the hoisting machinery being widely used the installation project of hoistingmachinery become more and more common. However there are still many shortages of themanagement of the project. In this work, we are going to analyze the problems existing in thelarge project of installing the hoisting machinery of S company, and make a new plan. Thenew plan used the integrated management theory. In the management of this installationproject of hoisting machineries, we managed the cost, quality and time integrated mainly. Bystudying and analyzing we find out the reasons that affect time and cost, and make a plan forintegrated manage. When the plan was carried out, we monitored and adjusted it continuously,and made the project operated as we plan.In the first section, there are the backgrounds and the significance of the title, and thedevelopments of the project management at home and abroad is reviewed, the contents of thiswork and the means and structure of this work are summarized. In the second section theshortcomings of the installation project is analyzed. A plan, which managed of the projectintegrated about the cost, quality and time, has been made to solve the unbalance of themanagement in the third section. And in the forth part, by making full use of integratedmanagement, the cost, quality and time of this project ware being controlled, and the goal wasbeing achieved. In the last section an assessment of this management was given.
