It is a brand-new domain of automotive aerodynamics of the systemic research oftechnical issues about car indoor air quality evaluation and its control gear to car indoor airenvironment. This thesis includes type, source and effect to human health of VOCs from carindoor air environment with the characteristic of car indoor air environment. Based on theChinese and relevant standard of air quality, this thesis build a model of Appraising IndoorAir Quality of Car and analysis the test samples. The Appraising Indoor Air Quality of Carwill meet the request of people want a best Car air indoor quality. More and More peoplehave cars and they spend much time stay inside the car, the society more focus on thecompromise to human health from VOCs, the research of car indoor air quality and its controlbecome more and more significant. Each manufacturer of car indoor parts and decorations isnot understand the effect of their products to the car indoor air quality, they only know theirproducts were failed after tested by authoritative test agent, and they do not think about theeffect of more than one decoration in the car compartment to the car indoor air quality. It isnecessary to summary and analysis the disperse test result, and find out VOC Subduction Law,to guide the manufacturer optimize the design of car indoor parts and decorations.This thesis is based on car indoor air environment, and set up a model of AppraisingIndoor Air Quality of Cars, compare the difference of car indoor air environment and generalindoor environment, refer to the Chinese standard of indoor air quality standard (GB/T18883-2002) and Ambient air quality standard(GB3095-1996), analysis the characteristic ofthe pollution in car cabin, the main source of the contamination and the damage to humanhealth. This thesis analysis the current Chinese Car Indoor Air condition of VOC content,summarizes the factor affecting indoor air quality of car, concludes the common appraisementmethod of indoor air quality of car, introduces the thought of gray system theory to theappraisement of indoor air quality of car, and calculates the degrees of gray incidencebetween the representative VOC contamination inside an Australia car with indoor air qualityof car, by using the basic principle and calculation method of gray system incidence. In thesame way, the degrees of gray incidence between the representative VOC contaminationinside five new car and five old car with Indoor Air Quality Standard (GB/T18883-2002) andthe system of appraising indoor air quality of car. This thesis analyses the characteristic of thepollution in car cabin, the source of the contamination and the damage to human health, byconsulting the indoor air standard at home and abroad, the author combined the characteristicof the interior environment of car, brought forward the system of appraising indoor air qualityof car first at home.This thesis summarizes the factor affecting indoor air quality of car, concludes thecommon appraisement method of indoor air quality of car, introduces the thought of graysystem theory to the appraisement of indoor air quality of car, and calculates the degrees ofgray incidence between the representative VOC contamination inside an Australia car withindoor air quality of car, by using the basic principle and calculation method of gray systemincidence. In the same way, the degrees of gray incidence between the representative VOCcontamination inside five new car and five old car with Indoor Air Quality Standard (GB/T18883-2002) and the system of appraising indoor air quality of car.
