Analysis On The Effect Factors Of Construction Project Supervision Enterprise Development

Construction Supervision System was originally convinced to integrate withinternational construction management system, so as to deal with the problems ofinternational project and the control of the project goal. Though our country has successfullyintroduced the concept of “Construction Project Supervision” on the basis of FIDIC clauses ofinternational engineering management, it didn’t seem to work well in our country during thedevelopment of20years around, in other words, it didn’t realize the complete control of theconstruction project.In view of the above, the author analyzed the problems in the industry aiming at thesupervision industry development. Through the contrastive study on the current situation ofthe international and domestic construction project management development, internal andexternal factors of our countries’ construction supervision industry were deeply analyzed so asto find out the real reason which affects the industry development and to propose relativeproper methods.Literature search, comparative study, analytic hierarchy process method, SWOT analysismethod, case study and expert rating method were all used in the thesis. It starts withliterature summary to summarize construction supervision and proposed the current situationof the international and domestic construction project management development including theexisting problems in our country; And then invited experts to attend a meeting in order to ratefactors in the case, used analytic hierarchy process method to obtain effective weight, usedSWOT quantify model to calculate, at last got the conclusion and proposed relativeimprovement.Our nation didn’t do much research on the supervision industry development at present,which was still in its infancy. So, look forward to helping the construction supervisionenterprise to deal with the problems through the thesis writing.
