Technical Economic Analysis On Windfarm Phase ⅢProject Of Datang Wulatehouqi WuLiji

The feasibility study is the most important content of the project’s preliminary work, and it provides scientific basis to determine whether the project is feasible or choice the best implementation plan of project, and provide scientific reference to project construction. The project feasibility study helps strengthen the project decision-making more scientific, and can avoid haphazard investment of project and improve the investment income of project.The main purpose of this article was that making use of project management theory, using qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis method to study the feasibility issues of construction project for wind power in three phase of Urad Houqi Wu Liji of Datang. On the analysis of the domestic and foreign research literature review, this paper expounded basic theory of projects and the project feasibility study,and combining with this construction porject’s concrete situation that project summary, wind resource, electric part,civil works, environmental protection and energy saving and so on, firstly First, a financial evaluation and social evaluation of the project was conducted, and the results showed that from the different perspective of project cost, profitability and debt repayments, the economic indicators all meet industry average standard, so the project was feasible in economy and the project had a very good social benefit. Considering the limitations of pure economic evaluation and social evaluation, this paper further conducted a comprehensive evaluation of wind power project in three phase of Urad Houqi Wu Liji of Datang. On the basis of introducing Analytic hierarchy process and the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process to wind power project in three phase of Urad Houqi Wu Liji of Datang, the paper built the fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation model of the project, and conducted comprehensive evaluation to the project by combining the project specific conditions, and the results show that the project is feasible in technology and economy. This article provides scientific basis for the implementation of the project, showing that the project is feasible in technology and economy.
