| With the rapid development of the national economy, our electricity supply has emerged in the status of the short of electricity supply and the increasing of load gap, especially in the developed coastal areas. Among them, grid infrastructure lags behind the power infrastructure is one of the important reasons that led to the emergence of this situation.Substation project as an important part of power grid infrastructure, can effectively improve the weaknesses of power supply capacity, has the ability to meet user demand for electricity, thus contributing to the rapid and healthy development of the national economy. Large practice shows that the new substation project has always been affected by long project cycle, high complexity, a number of uncertainties and other factors, so we should conduct a feasibility analysis for the new substation project at the preliminary stage, in order to evaluate the feasibility of the project.In this paper, we mainly do a feasibility analysis and evalution for the DaZhou chemical industrial park220kV substation project, First, overview the research background, purpose and significance, research status and the methods to be adopted; and then explain the theoretical basis of project feasibility analysis, including concept, features, prepared on the basis, content, role, these several aspects of feasibility study; Then, demonstrate the need for the construction of this project, and on this basis, the project substation sites, route path selection and technical and economic analysis, in which includes technical analysis and economic analysis, these two parts, finally, use AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation combined model to evaluate the feasibility of the project. The result of analysis and research has greatly reference value for the DaZhou chemical industrial park220kV new substation project, which is the purpose and significance of this article. |
