Application Research Of Users’ Boundaries Load Switch On10KV Distribution Lines

This paper elaborately introduces the function of lOkV distribution network user boundary intelligent switches, the working principle of these switches and the related technology of Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition system. By using User demarcation load switch and Distribution Automation Master System, our staffs can accurately isolate users internal fault, reduce the scope of power outage and outage time, improve the power supply reliability; the dispatching staff can grasp the situation of the distribution network operation by the fault location of the master station system and the maintenance and overhaul staff can rush to the scene immediately for fault handling. Therefore, we can reduce labor intensity, improve the labor efficiency, reduce manpower, material and the waste of time, the benefit is obvious, either from social side or economic side. In the end of this paper, the author carefully analyzed the operation of the intelligent user boundaries switches in Tangshan distribution network, it will be further promoting the application of user boundary intelligent switches.
