With the rapid development of wireless sensor technology, the automation of industrial devices real-time detect, control and manage becomes research focus. In order to discover machine fault, improve production process safety and the quality of the productions. We need monitor the condition of the rotation machinery operation. A set of effort, real-time and online monitoring system to detect the condition of the rotation machinery operation is developed in research of Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai "Capacity building about wireless sensing and control services of chemical equipments"(11DZ2290502).The system is mainly composed of wireless sensor nodes, sink node and the host machine. Firstly, through high precision acceleration sensors in the wireless sensor nodes collect real-time vibration sign of machinery and equipment. Secondly, using of the signal transmitting module in the nodes, transmit the data to sink node and sink node transmit the data to the host computer. Finally, the host computer processes, displays and saves the data. The data is displayed by real-time graph, trend graph, the spectrum, power spectrum to help engineer timely analysis the operating condition of the rotation machinery. The system implements the online display of rotation machinery condition in the industrial field, fault alarm and data playback functions.The system has been the scene practical application test, to achieve the purpose of real-time monitoring of the condition of the rotation machinery operation. The system can actually be used for condition monitoring. And it solves the past problems and not timely detection pump failure. The research on system based on wireless sensor provides the automation of industrial equipment for viable options.
