The wind farm at thecentral position of N45°E129°38.93′.54.56′,692M, altitude, covers an area of about15k square meters.The average wind speed in the region of7.53meters/second, the annual averagewind power density of453.4watts per square meter, wind power density grade was4.Machine address not near the volcano and magma activities, no landslides, debris flow,karst collapse phenomenon, basic intensity earthquake of6degrees, the project of windfarm equipment transportation condition is good, full range of700kilometerThe fire protection design of project implement the "prevention first, preventiondesign principles combined with fire", actively adopt advanced technology of automaticfire alarm device, the indoor part are set to fire detection. Construction and operationstages should be strict implementation of environmental protection measures, optimize theunit arrangement to avoid point in villages and existing vegetation protection targetoccupancy and influence, and take effective restoration of vegetation and differentcompensation afforestation.Analysis of the49.3MW wind farm project of wind energy resources, wind turbinewith different comparison method, optimization of the wind farm main wiring scheme:49.3MW installed capacity, wind turbine installed58sets of850kW. In connection withunit connection machine change,58wind generators consists of integrated circuit2circuit overhead, a circuit overhead line connecting27turbines, another connecting31. The bus uses the35kV overhead line LGJ-300setup,110kV step-up substation35kVbus access during construction, up to110kV, in order to qualify for a return to110kVincorporated into local110kV substation power system.The project installed capacity of49.3MW, annual average generating capacity of120070000kW h, included in the construction period accrual and cash flow, a totalinvestment of496650000yuan, the project budget and financial evaluation, analysis ofthe project’s economic benefits and potential risks, is proposed to solve the problem ofthe measures taken, demonstrates the feasibility and economy of the the technology ofengineering. The construction preparation period of3months, construction period is12months. Project permanent land total area of193500square meters, construction oftemporary land total area of114500square meters.
