As a kind of new energy with abundant reserves which is clean and pollution-free,wind power has attracted worldwide attention in accelerating sustainable development and accelerating the transformation of energy structure.The construction of wind farm is the most important way of wind power utilization nowadays.Because of the large investment and long return period of wind farm construction project,the feasibility study of the project plays an important role in the whole project construction.Wang Qiying Wind Farm Project is the object of study in this paper.Firstly,the environment,access to power grid,scale and absorption of the project are briefly described.Then,the wind energy resources are comprehensively evaluated by sorting out the data of the stations and through various factors.According to the local wind energy characteristics and the environment,the selection and layout of fans are designed,and the design schemes of electrical part,fire protection and civil engineering of the project are given.Finally,the overall investment income budget of the project is estimated,and the financial and social benefits are analyzed.From the perspective of social benefits and environmental protection,the conclusions are drawn:(1)This phase of wind farm project has abundant wind energy resources and good access to the Internet.Transportation meets the requirements of recommended units,Geological conditions are stable.It has good conditions for comprehensive construction of wind farms.The equivalent full load of wind farm power generation is 2569 hours,which can provide 770700MW h green power to the grid every year.Power supply structure of power grid will be optimized.(2)After the wind farm is built,compared with the coal-fired power station,it can save considerable coal resources and reduce a variety of harmful gases and waste residue emissions each year.(3)The construction of wind farms promotes the development of local wind energy resources,injects new vitality into the local economy,and also promotes employment and related industries.
