Induced draft fan is an important equipment for coal-fired boilers used to adjustfor heat and the furnace negative pressure. New Energy Company of Daqing oil shaleproject at the beginning, we use the induced draft fan air flow is achieved by adjustingthe damper size, used to drive the fan motor speed is not adjustable, resultingregulation loss and waste of electricity. Frequency conversion technology plays anextremely important role in modern chemical production, our factory transformed intothe frequency control fan, greatly improve the working conditions of the operatingpersonnel to improve the starting performance of the wind turbine equipment toachieve the stepless speed, but also saves a lot of energy. Based on this, I wrote thispaper, primarily for in-depth study of frequency conversion technology is how toachieve energy savings, so that we understand the principle and experimentalevidence, can be better applied to the day-to-day work.I find a lot of literature and product brochures from the structure, workingprinciple of the inverter, control methods and fault handling start to introduce theknowledge of the inverter, only full grasp of the technical characteristics of theinverter, in order to have the inverter is applied to the practice theoretical basis, toensure that the inverter is used, the device has a high-performance ratio, the mostsimple peripheral circuit and the best performance. Combination inverter analysis andapplication of energy-saving principle, by the VVVF principle with the experimentaldata, draw fan characteristic curve, more intuitive to clarify the characteristics of avariable frequency energy. The same time, this article refers to a large number ofinstances of the variable frequency energy analysis and description. Compare theenergy-saving effect of the induced draft fan with variable frequency control, provedthe inverter technology has great advantages in saving energy, improving the level ofautomation and control, so the argument is more persuasive. Finally, given thesituation and development trend of frequency conversion technology their point of view, and high hopes for the development of inverter technology in China.
