Denture engraving machine automatic programming system is an important part of the the entire denture engraving machine, Automatic programming system will directly affect the quality and efficiency of CNC machining. Therefore, automatic programming system development is one of the most important part of the the entire denture engraving system. Now denture carved automatic programming system’s core technology is still foreign monopoly, it’s expensive to introduce the foreign denture repair equipment. Therefore, we must develop automatic programming system with independent property rights of denture engraving.Automatic programming system typically includes the model file read and display, Mathematical processing to generate machining tool, Machining simulation,Generate CNC machining. Based on the existing six-axis denture engraving machine, research the composition of the automatic programming system and the realization method of each module. Developed its matching automatic programming system. The main contents are as follows:1.The establishment of the denture model and equidistant surface technology. In the denture engraving automatic programming system, Need to read or modify the denture model, the data of the repair teeth is need to get. This article describes several denture model scanning method and scanned point cloud data surface reconstruction. Study the surface equidistant technology, programming simple surfaces equidistant.2.Tool path planning and discrete data.
