| Automatic assembly is the trend of aircraft industry,and the automatic drilling and riveting technology is an important means of automatic assembly.Because of complex-shaped face and a huge number of processing points,efficient and accurate off-line programming technology is the main NC programming mode.On the CAA secondary development platform,this article takeing the bracket type five-axis automatic drilling and riveting machine tool as research object,and relying on existing CAD/CAM technology results,completes off-line mission planning of drilling and riveting.The main contents are as follows:(1)By analyzing kinematic mechanism and position adjustment of automatic drilling and riveting machine tool,coordinate system of off-line programming system is built.According to system requirements,processing information extraction and management、motion simulation、NC code generation and output are divided.(2)According to processing information requirements and MBD data structure,information extraction and checkout module is developed.On that basis,information base management system is built,and it can match every point’s process information quickly.(3)According to the trait of all the points are under the bracket coordinate system,inverse kinematics algorithm based on moving coordinate system is presented,and on this basis,a path planning method with real-time interference test trait is given,by using above methods can avoid obstacles successfully.(4)On the CAA platform,motion simulation is realised in CATIA DMU module,and on the premise of without interference,system can output NC code automatically to given path.This research is verified by an example of aircraft panel type workpiece,and it turned out that system can extract process information quickly and identify interference components,avoiding it by applying viaing point,and output NC code automatically. |
