Research On Maintenance Management Mode Of Railway Transportation Infrastructure

Chinese railway transportation system is a complex huge system, the maintenance management of railway transportation infrastructure is one of the important components, including fixed devices and movable equipments management. Since the1950s, our country has kept the management mode as mixed government administration with enterprise management as well as mixed transport with network, which has caused the problems such as high cost, low efficiency, too many joint portions, contradiction among use、management and maintenance, and has restricted the development of railway transportation.Referring to the experience of reform by railway transportation infrastructure of developed countries, together with the Chinese characteristics, this paper analyzes the deficiencies and reasons of traditional system maintenance management mode from the perspective of the system and puts forward the solutions. Through the establishment of reliability theory and reliability logic diagram, this paper gives the system a modeling analysis further to the reliability or not, to make a clear link between the various subsystems and system weaknesses, and develop preventive measures as well as execute the system safety and benefit comparative analysis via real data.
